Why choose us

Benefits of Dentures

Complete Smile Restoration

Our complete dentures replace a full arch of teeth for patients who are missing all their upper or lower teeth.

Partial Fills the Gaps

Our partial dentures fill in spaces between your remaining natural teeth, so you can keep the healthy teeth you still have.

Eat and Speak Comfortably

Replacing missing teeth can make chewing and speaking feel more natural again.

Implant-Supported Options

For added stability, we also offer implant-supported dentures, and our team places dental implants right here in our office.

Flexible Ways to Pay

We accept major PPO plans and self-pay patients, and we offer CareCredit, iCreditWorks, Sunbit, and in-house membership plans.

Missing teeth affect far more than appearance. They change how you chew, how clearly you speak, and how the remaining teeth and facial features are supported over time. Modern dentures are designed to restore much of that function, and at Boulder Rock Dental we provide both complete and partial dentures. Each is planned around the mouth it is meant to serve, so the right choice depends on how many natural teeth you still have and what you want your smile to do for you.

A complete denture replaces an entire arch of teeth, upper, lower, or both. It suits patients who have already lost all of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are too compromised to keep. Some of our patients come to us after years of managing failing teeth one at a time and decide they are ready for a fresh, unified start. Others have worn a full denture for a long time and want a new one that fits the way their mouth is shaped today.

A partial denture fills gaps when healthy natural teeth remain. It attaches to the teeth you still have, replacing only what is missing. This is often a practical option for someone who has lost several teeth in different spots, where a single bridge would not cover every gap. The main difference comes down to preservation: a partial keeps your natural teeth working for you, while a complete denture takes over the full job of an arch. During your exam, Dr. Thinh Tran or Dr. Jake Ryan will explain which approach fits your situation and why.

Dentures are not one-size-fits-all, and your candidacy depends on the health of your gums, the condition of any remaining teeth, and your goals. Because we also provide gum disease treatment, simple extractions, and oral cancer screenings, we can address the groundwork in the same office before your denture is made. If a few teeth need to come out first, or your gums need attention, we plan those steps together so nothing is rushed.

Patients often reach us through one of several paths:

  • Losing teeth gradually and wanting a reliable way to fill the gaps
  • Facing the removal of several or all remaining teeth
  • Wearing an older denture that has become loose, cracked, or uncomfortable
  • Wanting more stability than a traditional denture offers

That last group may be interested in implant-supported dentures, which anchor to dental implants rather than resting on the gums alone. We place dental implants and offer this option, so we can talk through whether it makes sense for you alongside conventional complete or partial dentures.

Caring for Your Dentures and Living With Them

There is a period of adjustment with any new denture. Speaking and eating may feel unfamiliar at first, and it helps to start with softer foods and work your way up as you get comfortable. We encourage you to let us know about any sore spots or pressure points, since small adjustments can make a real difference in comfort. Our team puts patient comfort at the center of care, and that continues well after your denture is delivered.

Daily care matters, too. Dentures should be cleaned regularly and handled gently to avoid damage. If you wear a partial, your natural teeth still need brushing, flossing, and regular cleanings with our hygienist, because they are supporting your restoration. Even with a complete denture, routine visits let us check your gums, look for changes in fit, and perform oral cancer screenings. Your mouth naturally changes over time, and when a denture stops fitting the way it should, we can repair or replace it instead of leaving you to struggle with a poor fit.

Insurance, Financing, and Membership Options

We accept all major PPO insurance plans and are glad to see self-pay patients as well. Our team will help you understand your coverage so you know what to expect before treatment begins. For patients who prefer to spread out the cost, we offer financing through CareCredit, iCreditWorks, and Sunbit.

We also offer in-house dental membership plans for patients without insurance: $189 or $240 per year, with a $109 annual plan for veterans. These plans can be a helpful way to stay on top of the routine care that keeps your mouth healthy before and after you receive dentures. We are happy to walk through each option with you.
